pool construction
We build world class pools in traditional Gunite concrete as well as in factory-made, GRP composites. Each of these methods have their advantages and suit specific requirements. Our experts will advice you on the suitability one or the other based on your requirements. Irrespective of the method of construction, you can be assured of a long lasting, technically sound, trouble free, water tight pool for life. For villa owners, we also offer 3D renders and Walk-through videos of the pool and the landscape area for better understanding of how their pool and garden would look even before it is built. This gives an option to the owners to make changes and adjustments to their pool and landscaping on the drawings instead of doing post-construction demolition/rectification work. We also offer complete landscaping solutions for your gardens in association with our landscaping associates.

GUNITE CONCRETE POOLS
This is a traditional method of building pool where-in concrete is sprayed onto the steel reinforcement to achieve a water-tight pool shell. This methodology is well suited for pools that have very inorganic shapes and/or have inbuilt structure such as Gazebo, equipment room, water play equipment etc. Spraying of concrete mix ensures a joint free structure which is very dense with no honey combing or air pockets. Combined with 2-3 layers of Cementitious waterproofing on top, this process gives you a sound and water tight pool shell with a minimum warranty of 10 years.

PRE-FORMED TILED POOLS
With everything going the Pre-Formed way in the construction industry why not Pre-formed pools? These pools are manufactured in the factory under strict supervision and controlled environment. The composite structure of the pool consists of Glass Fibre reinforced Plastic (GRP/Fiberglass), epoxy laminate and is finished with Porcelain mosaic tiles. Once installed, they look no different from a traditional gunite concrete pools and last as long or even longer. They come with 10 years warranty as well.

pool TYPES
SKIMMER POOL
The freeboard swimming pool also widely known as the skimmer pool has been one of the most frequently built swimming pools. This particular design enables a more cost effective and maintenance services-friendly option.Generally the upper perimeter is finished with an edging title or coping stone, the water level is usually regulated around six inches below the pool surround. This type of swimming pool can be very flexible and can often be made in nearly any shape.
OVER FLOW POOL (REFLECTING MIRROR)
This be a pool where the water level in the pool is the same as the top of the decking. Around the pool perimeter is a channel or notch that the water drains into creating a visual masterpiece. It looks like a flat sheet of glass or appears to be perfectly contained without walls. This effect is created by a perimeter overflow, a style used in many modern swimming pool designs in which the water overflows its edges and flows into a hidden slot or catch basin where it is then recycled back into the pool. This function is similar to an infinity-edge pool, but with a perimeter overflow, the water overflows on all four sides.
INFINITY POOL (DISAPPEARING EDGE)
Also named negative edge, zero edge, disappearing edge or vanishing edge pool is a swimming or reflecting pool which produces a visual effect of water extending to the horizon, vanishing, or extending to "infinity". They are often seen at fancy or exotic resorts, exclusive estates, and in advertisements.
The infinity pool design concept is said to have originated in Bali, Indonesia, where its inspiration came directly from observing the dramatic effect created by the ubiquitous terraced rice paddies, known locally as "sawah", for which the island is famous.
ACRYLIC POOL (TRANSPARENT WALL)
Acrylic swimming pool windows have become extremely popular as the windows allow both scenic views into and out of pools.
Acrylic walls are made from Flexiglass, and this is one of the single hottest new materials that are sought after for backyard pools today. Acrylic swimming pool walls are durable and moldable, so they can be incorporated into just about any pool design you have in mind and last for years.
